The season ended the arrangement: the slip lease ran out in October, and the boat that spent the summer tied up has nowhere written into the new agreement. A mile inland, a sailboat is coming off a trailer for a repair run, the yard too far to tow it behind a car with worn tires.
My crew handles the boat hauling with our own truck, loading wherever the boat sits and rolling it door to door, no matter how far the new spot is. Oversize paperwork is ours before the wheels turn. A boat bought without its paperwork sorted can still be moved, details on the New Jersey boat transport page.
