The moving truck is booked before the closing date, and the sailboat that was supposed to sell with the house did not move fast enough to close with it. That is the version of a Highlands Ranch call I hear most: a relocation on a deadline, a boat that has to travel separately because the buyer and the schedule never lined up. The other version starts at a storage lot outside town, where a trailer rated for a smaller hull sits under something it was never built to carry cross-state.
