A father's pontoon sat in a cousin's yard three counties off for a decade before the estate finally sorted out who was keeping it, and nobody in the family owns a trailer rated to bring it home. That is one call I get out of Huntley. The other is seasonal, the fall move to a storage lot before the lake freezes, and a sailboat that needs the same trip back in spring.
My crew runs the boat hauling door to door with our own truck, the same routes through Algonquin and Crystal Lake. A boat bought without its paperwork sorted can still be moved. Details on the Illinois boat transport page.
