Nye County's newest transplants closed on a place across the valley, and the ski boat beside their old garage was not part of the moving-day plan. A neighbor selling up the road has the same problem with an old sailboat that has not touched water in years but still means something to him. Both hulls need to land somewhere before the furniture does.
