An uncle's boat sits three counties away, inherited along with a house nobody visits much, and no one in the family owns a trailer rated to bring a sailboat that size home. That covers a fair share of the calls into Hopewell. The other is a survey ahead of a sale, the yard sitting too far off for anyone to tow the boat there themselves.
My crew runs the boat hauling door to door with our own truck and equipment, no relay to another carrier partway. A boat bought without its paperwork sorted can still be moved. Details on the Virginia boat transport page.
