The house sold first, the closing date locked before anyone worked out what happens to the sailboat parked in the Kendale Lakes driveway. The new place four counties north has no water access and barely enough yard for a car, let alone a 22-foot hull nobody in the family has ever backed a rig around.
My crew runs the haul with our own truck and trailer, moving it door to door from the old driveway to the new one, oversize paperwork ours before the wheels turn. Country Club and Country Walk sit on the same route we run through Miami-Dade County. A boat bought without its paperwork sorted can still be moved, details on the Florida boat transport page.
