Twice a year, Aurora's boat owners run the same errand: off the water before the lake freezes, back out again once it thaws, and neither trip fits on whatever's parked in the garage. A sailboat sold to a buyer downstate needs to leave its slip before the new owner's financing closes. Both jobs land on the same calendar, just different seasons.
