This 26 ft MacGregor 26 sat behind a Henderson property with a mildewed cabin and no rudder, the kind of neglect that adds up after a few seasons of sun without anybody climbing aboard. The trailer was still serviceable, which helped, but the mast had been down for a while and was lashed on crooked, shifting the balance point enough that hooking up took real care before we ever pulled it onto the street. Access was the obstacle. The pad backed onto a narrow side yard with just enough clearance to thread the trailer out toward the road that eventually feeds traffic through Enterprise. We walked it out in stages, checked the tires held air, and had it hitched and rolling in under an hour once the mast was secured flat. Back at the yard the keel came out first, then we cut the hull down for the processor. No title in the drawer, handled per the Nevada page rules.
