I get calls from two kinds of Revere boat owners. First, the sailor who dropped the mast one fall and never stepped foot on deck again. The rigging's still there, lines frayed, the boom collecting rust in the slip. Storage fees kept coming. Life moved on. Second, the person who inherited a house with a sailboat attached, or bought one thinking restoration would happen. The survey came back with soft spots in the deck. The sale fell through. Now there's an old sailboat taking up space in a storage lot or dry storage in Suffolk County, and the owner's done waiting.
We handle sailboat disposal from start to finish. The crew pulls boats out of slips and marinas here, and we cover the same run up through Chelsea and Winthrop Town on the same trip, so if you're in that stretch, we're already in the neighborhood. We rig down, tow it out, and handle all the paperwork. Missing title, incomplete documentation, unclear ownership, unclear registration, all of it. Those things don't stop the job. Details on what happens next are on the sailboat disposal page.
