I get calls from two kinds of people in South Whittier. One is the owner whose mast came down one fall and never went back up. The boat sat through the next season and the one after that, slip fees climbing every month, until one day they realized the rigging wasn't coming back and neither was the sailing. The other is someone who inherited a sailboat with a house or bought a property with a trailer sailer parked behind the garage for a decade. The survey failed, the sale fell through, or they just never had the time. Either way, they're done looking at it.
We come out, assess the rig and hull, and handle sailboat disposal from start to finish. We cover South Whittier, Whittier, and East Whittier on the same trip, load the boat onto the truck, and tow it out. Missing paperwork, expired registration, a title you can't find, a survey that went sideways, none of that stops the job. Details on how we handle everything else are on the California sailboat disposal page.
