Bithlo, FL: 21 ft Thompson 21 Off the Bottom in One Morning

The photo showed a 21 ft Thompson 21 cuddy cabin at the Bithlo boat ramp with the deck awash and the bow slightly up. Her outdrive had been removed and never reinstalled, which left the transom open to every rain until she finally filled and settled in the shallows.
The ramp was the obstacle. A sunk hull on the shelf blocks every launch, so the crew staged the truck on the apron and sealed the transom opening from outside with a plate before anything moved. Then two lift bags went under the hull, a drain line emptied the cabin, and she rose level.
We spent about three hours on site. The hull was past a sensible rebuild, so the tow went out through Apopka to our yard for dismantling and recycling. The salvage was the engine and the steering gear, and the ramp was open again before noon, which closed out the sunken boat recovery.

Case summary
Illustrative example — a representative sunken boat recovery in Orange County, not a record of a specific customer job. Photos are illustrative too.

Crews cover Orange County: Apopka, Conway, Doctor Phillips, Fairview Shores. A boat sunk at a ramp keeps other trailers waiting, so we aim to reach the shelf the same week and clear the lane quickly. Photos and a rough depth are enough for us to plan the lift, and the crew arrives with its own bags, lines, and haul-out gear.
