Sunken Sailboat Recovery in St Cloud

This 26 ft Pearson 26 sailboat sat at a lake dock with deck core soft around every stanchion. The owner had tried to patch it with caulk, and caulk was not enough.
She sank beside the dock with the deck awash and the bow slightly up. The obstacle was the dock itself. It was old wood, and lifting from it would have pulled the boards loose, so we kept every line off the structure and ran everything through the skiff. Lift bags did the work, two on each side, and we eased her up while she drained out of the cockpit.
The job took about four hours on site. A short tow carried her to the ramp, then a trailer toward Kissimmee. The wet core made a rebuild unlikely, so she went to our yard. The mast and winches are salvage, the hull is recycled. Sunken boat removal on a lake is quiet, and the dock stayed intact.

Crews cover Osceola County: Buenaventura Lakes, Kissimmee, and Kenansville. A call about a sailboat on the bottom in St Cloud gets a crew and a work skiff on the schedule that same week. A boat down at a lake dock is raised without loading the dock itself. Fuel on board, a busy ramp or a tight slip changes the plan, not the timeline.
