Huntington Park, CA: 24 ft Harris FloteBote Gone in One Morning

A 24 ft Harris FloteBote 24 had been parked on the side of a Huntington Park home for three years. The vinyl floor had bubbled up in spots, the bimini frame was snapped in two, and the tandem trailer underneath was nothing but rust and flat tires. The owner had moved on to other things, the boat stayed put, and eventually it became the kind of thing you stop noticing until someone else points it out. We pulled in on a Tuesday morning. The real problem wasn't the boat itself,it was the trailer. The frame had corroded enough that we couldn't trust it to hold together under tow, and the driveway was tight, with a power line cutting across one corner and a fence line running close on the other side. We went in with a crane to lift the hull off the trailer, loaded it onto our flat deck, and broke down what was left of the frame separately. The whole job ran under a couple of hours. The boat rolled into our yard in Los Angeles County that afternoon, ready for processing. Crews cover all of Los Angeles County: Los Angeles, Long Beach, Santa Clarita, Glendale, Lancaster, Palmdale. We move boats out the same week you call in most cases. Huntington Park sits central to the county, so we handle a lot of seasonal storage transitions here, boats moving in and out of yards before the summer push or getting cleared before winter storage fills up.
