Hauling a cuddy cabin out of a Lubbock driveway

A 23 ft Rinker 232 with a cuddy cabin had been parked in a Lubbock County driveway for three years. The gelcoat was crazed like a road map, and the trailer hubs had seized solid. The owner had stopped thinking about it until he needed the space back, which is how most of these calls start. The real problem wasn't the boat itself. It was the trailer. Seized hubs mean you can't roll it, and the driveway access was tight enough that we couldn't bring in a heavy rotator without taking out a fence section. We brought in a smaller wrecker, blocked the wheels, and winched the whole rig up as one unit. Once it was high enough, we could reposition and load it flat on the bed. Most of a morning from arrival to departure. The Rinker went to the approved processor in Lubbock, where the hull was cut and sorted. Fiberglass and metal got separated. Nothing went to the landfill. Paperwork was handled per Texas rules, and the driveway was clear. We cover all of Lubbock County: Wolfforth, Slaton, Shallowater, Idalou, Ransom Canyon, New Deal. Most pickups happen within the same week you call. A lot of folks around here move boats in and out of storage with the seasons, and we handle those runs regularly. Whether your Rinker's sitting in a yard, a storage lot, or a marina slip, we know the roads and we know how to get it out clean.
