Old Boat Removal in Peabody, Massachusetts

By the time the trailer tires had gone flat for the second time, the Maxum wasn't going anywhere without help. The engine had died a couple seasons back and never got fixed, and once it sat that long without moving, both tires dry-rotted through and let the whole trailer settle onto its rims. Two people came by after seeing it listed online, and both walked once they realized there was no running motor to go with it. The driveway sloped down toward a stone retaining wall close enough that our own trailer needed extra chocking before we trusted the angle. Slower than a flat lot, maybe twenty extra minutes. With the engine seized and the trailer frame rusted through at the axle mount, the whole rig is headed to a recycler instead of sitting there through another winter.
