Hauling a cabin cruiser out of a Strongsville lot

A 24 ft Maxum 2400 SCR cabin cruiser sat in a Strongsville driveway for years, its fiberglass hull chalked white and soft at the transom. The trailer underneath had rusted through the frame, welding it in place. No title in the drawer, so we handled it per Ohio rules and moved forward. The real problem wasn't the boat itself,it was that the trailer had locked solid to the ground. We couldn't roll it. The driveway was tight, and the neighbors were close enough to make a winch-and-drag operation messy. We brought a flatbed, pulled the boat off the rusted frame with a crane lift, and loaded it whole. Took most of a morning. Once it was secure on the truck, we routed the hull to the processor in the Cleveland area. Crews cover all of Cuyahoga County: Cleveland, Parma, Lakewood, Euclid, Cleveland Heights, Westlake. Most pickups happen same week. Strongsville sits right in our regular rotation, and we see a lot of seasonal movement there, boats coming out of storage in spring, going back in before winter. Call with your address and boat size, and we'll tell you the day we can be there.
