Raising a 24 ft Harris FloteBote 24 in Callaway, FL

I found the 24 ft Harris FloteBote 24 with a vinyl floor bubbled up and a bimini frame snapped in two. One of the pontoons took on water at a lake dock, and the boat settled by the stern with the bow pointing up. The owner thought the whole deck was a loss.
The catch was weight at the back. Water in the stern pontoon dragged the deck down, and pulling from the bow would have flipped the whole thing. We put bags under the rear deck rails first, brought the stern level, and only then pumped the pontoon. The snapped bimini frame came off in two pieces, so it could not tangle the lines.
The sunken boat recovery took about three hours. The tow ran to a repair yard in Panama City, which took the hull and pontoons, since the logs were good and only the deck needed work. The salvage here was the pontoons, and the dock was empty by lunch.

Crews cover Bay County: Panama City. If a boat sinks anywhere in the county, we try to put a diver and a workboat on site inside the same week. Send pictures and an approximate depth, and we will explain the work involved and where the hull goes. We bring our own bags, skiff, and trailer, so nobody else needs to be called in for the lift.
