Raising a 24 ft Harris FloteBote 24 in Key West, FL

Weeks of neglect showed on the 24 ft Harris FloteBote 24 pontoon: the vinyl floor bubbled, the bimini frame snapped, the kind of damage a boat collects after one hard blow. She was riding on a mooring when the tubes took on water, and she settled by the stern with the bow pointing up.
The obstacle was staging. There is no dock to work from on a mooring, so we loaded bags, hoses, and a drain line onto a work skiff and ran out at slack water. A diver ran straps through the tube cradles, the crew inflated the lift bags evenly, and the tubes came up one end at a time.
With the pontoons afloat, we made a slow tow to a public ramp and loaded her on a flatbed. Split tubes and a rotted deck left nothing worth a salvage attempt, so she went to our yard for dismantling and recycling. The sunken boat recovery wrapped in about four hours, all of it inside the Keys.

Crews cover Monroe County: Key Largo, Big Pine Key, Islamorada, Marathon. Scheduling here tends to land inside the same week, since a hull resting on the bottom lifts more cleanly ahead of the next front. Share the boat length, the depth it lies at, and the way in to the water, and we map the lift and the route out from there.
