Hauling a bowrider out of a Tyler lot

A 19 ft Wellcraft 196 bowrider was sitting in a driveway in Smith County with a torn mooring cover packed full of leaves and two flat trailer tires. The boat had been there long enough that the owner had moved on, left no title in a drawer, and wasn't answering calls about it anymore. That's how most of these land jobs start,not with drama, just with someone who stopped looking at it a while back. The trailer was dead weight, which meant we couldn't roll it anywhere. We brought a flatbed, jacked the whole rig, and loaded it as one unit instead of trying to separate them on-site. No title meant paperwork per the Texas rules, but that wasn't the hard part. The hard part was the driveway angle and the weight. Most of the morning to get it squared up, loaded clean, and headed to the processor in Whitehouse where the hull gets cut down.
