The deadline was six weeks, the plan being to list Costa Mesa's yacht and get it sold before the movers finished packing once relocation orders came through. Eight weeks later the movers are long gone and the boat is still sitting on its trailer in the driveway. Selling on somebody else's calendar rarely works out that clean.
