Hauling a sailboat out of a Costa Mesa storage lot

A 23 ft Hunter 23.5 had been sitting in a Costa Mesa driveway for three winters. The water ballast tank cracked during the cold months, and the original trailer underneath had rusted through in places. The owner had bought it years earlier thinking he'd race it, but life moved on, and the boat stayed put.
