Hauling a bowrider out of a Binghamton driveway

A 19 ft Wellcraft 196 bowrider sat in a Binghamton driveway with a torn mooring cover packed full of leaves and debris. Both trailer tires were flat, and the fiberglass hull had begun to show the kind of deterioration that only happens when a boat stops being used and starts being ignored.
