A 28 ft Bertram 28 sportfisher sat in a Monroe County yard with twin engines seized solid and a cockpit sole that had rotted through to the stringers. No trailer underneath it, just blocks and rot. The owner had bought it years ago thinking he'd restore it. He never did.
