Boynton Beach, FL: 22 ft Catalina 22 Off the Bottom in One Morning

A 22 ft Catalina 22 spent years in a marina slip with the mast down and lashed to the deck. The lashings kept the cockpit from draining, and one big rain left the boat with its deck awash and its bow cocked slightly up. The slip neighbors had been watching her sink for a week.
The slip was the obstacle. Intact boats on both sides left about a foot of clearance, and the marina office wanted nothing dragged along the pilings. So we did the whole lift in place. Lift bags went on through the cockpit, and the mast came off by hand onto a skiff so it would not sweep the neighbors' rails.
Roughly three hours. The tow out of the slip was slow and straight, with the boat guided by hand lines. Her hull was sound, so she rode a trailer toward Delray Beach to a repair yard. That was a salvage the owner had not expected from a sunken boat removal.

Crews cover Palm Beach County: Belle Glade, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Jupiter. Slip jobs need a call to the marina office first, so we handle that on day one and aim for a recovery in the same week. Coastal traffic is heavy, so the truck loads early and moves before the lanes fill up.
