How long can a boat sit on blocks before the neighbors start asking questions? This one had been there long enough that the tires had gone bald and the tarp covering it had shredded down to strips. It came from an inheritance nobody wanted to deal with, tucked behind a carport where it wasn't visible from the street until the tarp gave out.
