Hauling a bowrider out of a East Orange pickup

An 18 ft Renken 180 bowrider was sitting in a driveway in East Orange with plywood flooring that had crumbled to soft rot. The trailer tires were dry-rotted, flat, and hadn't turned in years. The owner had bought the boat thinking he'd use it weekends, but life moved on, and the boat just stayed put. Getting it out wasn't a straight pull. The driveway was narrow, and the trailer needed to be towed backward through a tight angle toward Newark before the truck could angle out to the main road. We jacked the hull up on dollies, replaced the trailer with a proper haul rig, and got the whole package loose under a couple of hours. The fiberglass hull went to the processor for recycling. The trailer frame was salvaged. Crews cover all of Essex County: Newark, Irvington, West Orange, Montclair, City of Orange, Livingston. We handle pickups same week most of the time. A lot of boats move in and out of storage facilities around here, especially before winter, and we've got the routes down. Call with the address and boat size, and we'll tell you what day works.
