Hauling a sailboat out of a Egg Harbor yard

A 26 ft Pearson 26 came to us sitting on concrete stands in Egg Harbor, with soft deck core rotting around every stanchion. The fiberglass had gone past the point where any real fix made sense. The owner had stopped sailing it years back, and by the time he called, the boat had become a permanent fixture he was tired of walking past. The trailer was deteriorated, the stands were sinking into the ground, and the whole rig needed to come out in pieces. We disconnected the mast, lowered it to the deck, and then extracted the keel at our yard before cutting the hull down for processing. The crew handled the breakdown and haul under most of a morning, routing the fiberglass and metal to the appropriate recyclers in Atlantic County. Crews cover all of Atlantic County: Atlantic City, Galloway, Hamilton, Pleasantville, Hammonton, Somers Point. Most pickups happen within the same week you call. A lot of boats around Egg Harbor move in and out of winter storage, so we're used to coordinating around the marina schedules and seasonal transitions. You tell us where the 26-footer sits, we confirm the date, and we handle the load-out and haul from there.
