Holiday, FL: 24 ft Harris FloteBote 24 Off the Bottom in One Morning

We got the call about a 24 ft Harris FloteBote 24 pontoon with a vinyl floor that had bubbled and a bimini frame snapped in half. It had taken on water at the ramp and settled with its gunwales level with the water.
The tubes were the issue. A pontoon with flooded logs weighs far more than it looks, and the drain plugs had seized from corrosion. The crew cut the lines on the broken bimini, set lift bags under the deck cross members, and lifted the whole platform together instead of one end at a time.
That sunken boat recovery took about two hours. We drilled the logs where they sat low to drain them, held the boat for a tow across the ramp, and trailered it out past Hudson. The logs were sound once dry, so she went to a repair yard for a new floor and rail. Salvage was the right call on a pontoon that tough.

Case summary
Illustrative example — a representative sunken boat recovery in Pasco County, not a record of a specific customer job. Photos are illustrative too.

Crews cover Pasco County: Hudson, Jasmine Estates, Land O Lakes, and New Port Richey. Ramp recoveries here are done the same week when we have photos. The main road runs close to most launch sites, so a trailer does not have to thread neighborhood streets to get a pontoon out of the water.
