Hauling a cuddy cabin out of a Irving pickup

A 22 ft Larson 220 with a cuddy cabin was sitting in a driveway in Irving, and rainwater had pooled above the deck drain long enough to start working into the cabin. The trailer had gone flat on one side, which meant the boat was cocked at an angle and dead weight on the tires. The real problem wasn't the boat itself,it was the access. The property sat tight to the street with a narrow driveway that didn't give us the angle we needed to back a full-size recovery rig straight in. We came in with a lighter wrecker first, set a tow point on the hull, and pulled it out to the street in stages. Once we had it clear, we loaded it on the flatbed and routed it to the Dallas County processor. The whole job ran under two hours. The Larson went into the recycling stream. The trailer came apart for scrap. Nothing went to the landfill. Crews cover all of Dallas County: Grand Prairie, Mesquite, Lewisville, Rowlett, DeSoto, Grapevine. We handle pickups same week most of the time. A lot of boat owners in Irving move their rigs in and out of storage facilities seasonally, and we know those routes well. Whether your 22-footer is parked at home, in a storage yard, or at a marina across the county, we come to you.
