Redwood City, CA: 16 ft Glastron Swinger Gone in One Morning

A 16 ft Glastron Swinger sat in a Redwood City driveway for three years. The original orange metal-flake hull had dulled to grey, and the single-axle trailer had bent so badly the frame was twisted. The owner had stopped using it after a blown engine and never got around to fixing it. By the time we got the call, it was taking up half the driveway and the neighbors in San Mateo were starting to notice. The real problem wasn't the boat. It was the trailer. The bent frame meant we couldn't just winch it straight onto the hauler. We had to drop the bunks, use a come-along to straighten the tongue enough to get it loaded without tearing the hull, then secure the whole rig crossways on the deck. The crew had the boat on the truck under an hour, and we routed the Glastron to the processor in the Bay Area for recycling. We cover all of San Mateo County: San Mateo, Daly City, South San Francisco, San Bruno, Pacifica, Menlo Park. Most pickups happen same week once you call. Spring and fall move a lot of boats in and out of storage around the Bay Area, so we stay flexible with scheduling. Redwood City sits right in our regular run, and we know the neighborhoods and the marinas.
