This 20 ft Regal 2000 bowrider had been sitting long enough that mice had gotten into the upholstery, and whoever pulled the dash apart never put it back together. It was parked on a trailer with two flat tires, the kind of setup where somebody meant to fix it up one winter and then just stopped.
