22 ft Catalina Removal in Shoreline, WA

A 22 ft Catalina 22 sailboat sat in a Shoreline yard with its mast down and lashed to the deck. The fiberglass hull had been idle for years, and the swing-keel trailer underneath it had flat tires and wasn't going anywhere on its own. The owner had kept the boat thinking he'd restore it someday. He never did. One morning he called and said he was done looking at it. The challenge wasn't the boat itself,it was getting it out. The trailer couldn't roll, the mast was still strapped to the deck, and the property sat in a tight residential area with limited turnaround for a heavy haul truck. We brought a rotator and winch setup, set the boat on our flatbed, and secured the whole rig. The mast came off at our yard, the keel came out, and the hull went to the processor under two hours of work. Crews cover all of King County: Seattle, Bellevue, Kent, Renton, Federal Way, Kirkland. We schedule same-week pickups for most calls, and we know the seasonal rhythm around here. Boats move in and out of storage facilities through the fall and spring, and we handle those transitions. You call with your address and boat size, we confirm the date, and we show up ready to load.
