Springfield, MO: 22 ft Larson Gone in One Morning

A 22 ft Larson 220 with a cuddy cabin sat in a Christian County yard for three seasons. Rainwater had pooled above the deck drain, and the fiberglass hull was starting to show soft spots where the water wouldn't drain. The trailer had gone flat on one side, and the whole rig was wedged between a fence and a storage shed with maybe two feet of clearance on either side. Getting the boat out meant we couldn't just back a wrecker in and yank it. We brought in a smaller rotator, jacked the dead trailer axle, and rolled the Larson on dollies through the side yard to open ground. Once we had room, we loaded it onto the flat bed and routed it north toward Nixa. The whole operation ran under an hour once we had access. The hull hit the processor the same week.
