Largo, FL: 22 ft Sun Tracker Party Barge 22 Off the Bottom in One Morning

A hard season showed on the 22 ft Sun Tracker Party Barge 22 pontoon, with deck boards spongy and the rail bent. She sat tied along a canal seawall, and the tubes took on water through a split seam until she was riding low and finally went down, leaving only the cabin roof above the surface.
The obstacle was the tubes. A pontoon fills tube by tube, so lifting evenly takes some thought. The crew ran straps under both tubes, put one lift bag at each end of each tube, and inflated all four together from a single manifold. A drain line emptied the tubes as they rose, and the deck came clear level instead of tilting.
Once afloat, we made a short tow along the seawall to the ramp near Clearwater and loaded her on a flatbed. With split seams and a rotted deck, salvage did not add up. The pontoon went to our yard for dismantling and recycling, and the sunken boat recovery took about four hours.

Crews cover Pinellas County: Clearwater, Dunedin, East Lake, Oldsmar. Most work in this area gets booked within the same week, because a boat that has settled is simpler to raise before the weather changes. Give us the boat length, how deep it sits, and where the water can be reached, and we map the lift and the route out from there.
