Sebastian, FL: 23 ft Chris-Craft Cavalier Off the Bottom in One Morning

Years in a barn had left the 23 ft Chris-Craft Cavalier cabin cruiser coated in dust before it ever touched water again. The keel strip was already cracked.
New owner, first season. She went into a slip and slowly took on water through that crack, ending with the deck awash and the bow slightly up between two neighbors. The obstacle was the neighbors. The boats on either side were not ours to touch. We kept everything on our own side, set lift bags from the skiff, and raised her in the gap without anyone moving a line.
The whole thing took about three hours. We worked the tow toward Vero Beach on the trailer. The keel strip was a fix a yard could handle, and the old Chris-Craft had a following, so she went to a repair yard for restoration. Salvage on that kind of boat pays for itself. The sunken boat removal cost the owner a morning, not the boat.

Crews cover Indian River County: Florida Ridge, Vero Beach, Vero Beach South, and West Vero Corridor. From Sebastian the response is the same week. Send the depth and a few photos of the cabin cruiser. When a hull settles in a busy slip, we plan the lift so the neighboring boats stay untouched. Leaking fuel, a packed ramp or a cramped slip changes how we work, not when we come.
