24 ft Harris FloteBote Removal in Waterbury, CT

A 24 ft Harris FloteBote 24 pontoon had been sitting in a Waterbury side yard for three seasons. The vinyl floor was bubbled up in patches, the bimini frame had snapped clean in half, and the tandem trailer underneath it had rusted so badly the axles were questionable. The owner had stopped thinking about it months ago. He just didn't want to look at it anymore. We showed up on a Thursday morning. The trailer was the real problem. Rusted connections meant we couldn't trust it for highway tow, so we made the call to load the pontoon directly onto our heavy-duty hauler using the frame and a set of straps rated well beyond the boat's weight. The neighbors in Bristol could see the whole operation from their property line. It took us most of a morning to get the pontoon secured and clear the yard. By early afternoon, the Harris was on our lot in Connecticut, prepped for salvage. We cover all of Naugatuck Valley Planning Region: Bristol, Shelton, Naugatuck, Ansonia, Derby, Oakville. Most pickups happen same week. A lot of what we see around Waterbury are seasonal moves, boats coming out of storage in spring or going in before winter, and that's when we get the calls. We load it, haul it out, and you're done.
