Hauling a jon boat out of a Wilmington salvage job

A 14 ft Jon boat 1436 had been sitting in a residential yard in New Hanover County for three seasons, hull dented and half full of yard waste and standing water. No trailer underneath it, which meant the aluminum frame was bearing all its weight directly on the ground, sinking into the soil. The homeowner had bought it years back thinking he'd restore it, but life moved on and the boat stayed put. Getting it out required us to work around the sunken frame and the soft ground around it.
