Yuma, AZ: 18 ft Sea Ray Gone in One Morning

An 18 ft Sea Ray 180 bowrider had been sitting in a Yuma County yard for years. The sun-bleached cover was shredded at the seams, and the trailer tires had gone soft and cracked from the desert heat. The owner had moved on, but the boat stayed put, taking up space and collecting dust. We showed up on a Tuesday morning. The real obstacle wasn't the boat itself,it was the trailer. Dry rot had eaten through the tires so badly they wouldn't roll without risk of collapsing under the weight. We brought in a dolly system, loaded the hull onto our flatbed, and left the frame behind for scrap. The whole job ran under an hour. The fiberglass shell headed to the processor in Arizona, and the yard got its space back. Crews cover all of Yuma County: San Luis, Fortuna Foothills, Somerton, Avenue B and C, Wellton, Gadsden.
