Hauling a sailboat out of a Battle Creek driveway

A 26 ft MacGregor 26 sailboat sat in a Battle Creek driveway for three years. The cabin was mildewed, the rudder was gone, and the owner had stopped looking at it the way you stop looking at something you can't fix.
