Buenaventura Lakes, FL: 24 ft Bayliner 2455 Ciera Off the Bottom in One Morning

A 24 ft Bayliner 2455 Ciera with a green algae line and a chalky hull sat so long at a boat ramp that people stopped noticing her. Then a storm pushed water over the transom, and the deck went awash with the bow slightly up.
Access was the issue. The ramp was shallow and steeply sloped, and a loaded truck could not back far enough to reach a floating hull. We solved it with a skiff. Lift bags brought the Ciera up, and then the skiff pushed her to the shelf where the winch could take over. A dock line kept her straight as she came out.
About three hours. Fuel was minimal, so there was no sheen to contain. The chalky hull and soft transom made repair a poor bet, so the Ciera rode past Kissimmee to our yard for dismantling and recycling after the salvage, a sunken boat removal with one short tow to start.

Crews cover Osceola County: Kissimmee, St Cloud, Kenansville. Ramp jobs are quick when the approach is clear, and we usually get a crew and a truck out within the same week of your photos. Roads through the county are flat, so the trailer rides easy once the hull is loaded.
