Hauling a sailboat out of a Burien storage lot

A 27 ft Cal 27 sailboat sat on wooden stands in a Burien yard for years, the boom gone and the mast corroded where it met the step. The owner had stopped using it long ago, but stopping and letting go are two different things. Getting it out meant working around those stands, which had settled into the ground. The keel was going to come out at our yard, and the mast was already down, so we stripped what we could on site and brought in a rotator to lift the hull clean off the supports. Most of a morning to load, then we hauled it to the processor in King County where the fiberglass gets cut and sorted. That was the end of it. No more looking at it from the back door. Crews cover all of King County: Seattle, Bellevue, Kent, Renton, Federal Way, Kirkland. We handle same-week pickups across Burien, and Burien sits right in our regular rotation. A lot of boat owners move their rigs in and out of storage facilities around the Seattle area depending on the season, and we're set up to grab them wherever they land. One call gets you scheduled.
