A 17 ft Bayliner 175 Bowrider had been parked in a Deltona yard for three years. The gelcoat was chalky and faded, the seat vinyl was cracked and split, and the trailer it sat on had two flat tires that hadn't held air in longer than anyone could remember. The owner had kept meaning to fix it, sell it, do something with it. He never did. When we showed up, the real problem wasn't the boat itself.
