Hauling a bowrider out of a Florin driveway

An 18 ft Renken 180 bowrider had been parked in a Florin driveway for three years. The fiberglass floor was crumbling, plywood soft and rotted wherever you stepped. The trailer tires were dry-rotted through, and the whole rig had settled into the concrete like it was never leaving. The owner finally decided to move on. We showed up on a Tuesday morning. The real problem wasn't the boat itself,it was the trailer. Those tires wouldn't roll, and the driveway was tight, bordered by a fence line and a neighbor's property. We couldn't winch it straight out. We brought in our recovery gear, jacked the frame off the failed tires, and swapped in temporary wheels that could actually move. From there, the rig came out under an hour. Once it was on our flatbed, we ran it down to the processing facility in Sacramento County. The hull got cut down and prepped for recycling. The trailer went to salvage. The driveway was clean again. Crews cover all of Sacramento County: Sacramento, Elk Grove, Arden-Arcade, Citrus Heights, Folsom, Rancho Cordova. We handle pickups same week most of the time. Florin sits right in our regular rotation, and we see a lot of boat movement through here, especially when people pull rigs out of storage for the season or move them back in. Give us the address and the boat size, and we'll tell you when we can get there.
