Hauling a pontoon out of a Lake Elsinore salvage job

A 22 ft Sun Tracker Party Barge 22 pontoon was sitting on the lake bottom in Riverside County with spongy deck boards and a bent rail, and no trailer to haul it out on. The owner had stopped using it years back, and over time the hull took on water. By the time we got the call, it was fully submerged and had been that way long enough that nobody wanted to touch it.
