An 18 ft Renken 180 bowrider had been sitting in a Lodi driveway for three years. The floor plywood was crumbling at every step, and the fiberglass hull had chalked white from sun exposure. The trailer tires were dry-rotted, split down to the cords, and the frame had settled unevenly into the asphalt. The owner had bought the boat thinking he'd use it on weekends. Life happened.
