Manchester, NJ: 23 ft Chris-Craft Cavalier Gone in One Morning

A 23 ft Chris-Craft Cavalier cabin cruiser had been sitting in a boatyard lot in Manchester for years, collecting barn dust and salt air until the fiberglass hull cracked along the keel strip. The owner had let the registration lapse and couldn't find a buyer. No trailer meant the boat was deadweight on the ground, and the yard needed the space. We arrived to find the hull too compromised to tow conventionally. The crew set up a heavy-duty sling rig and lifted it straight onto our flatbed in under two hours. The fiberglass was fragile enough that any sideways pressure would have split it further, so we braced it with lumber and ran it down to our licensed processor in the county, where the hull was cut and recycled per New Jersey marine salvage rules. We cover all of Ocean County: Toms River, Lakewood, Jackson, Stafford, Lacey, Little Egg Harbor. Most pickups happen same week.
