Hauling a sailboat out of a Minneapolis driveway

This 23 ft Hunter 23.5 had a water ballast tank that cracked sometime over the winter, and by the time we got the call the owner had given up on patching it. It sat in a Hennepin County driveway on its original trailer, which had rusted to the point where two of the wheel bearings were frozen solid. That trailer wasn't rolling anywhere on its own. The mast was already down, laid alongside the hull, which helped, but the trailer was the real problem. We had to jack the frame and swap in temporary wheels just to get it off the property without dragging the axle across the driveway. Back at our yard the keel came out first since that's most of the weight, then we cut the hull down for processing. The old trailer went to scrap with it. That cracked ballast tank wasn't fixing itself, and neither was that trailer, so this one was headed our way eventually.
