Hauling a bowrider out of a Pomona lot

A 19 ft Reinell 190 bowrider sat in a Pomona driveway for three years with a cracked engine block from a freeze that should've been prevented. The owner had winterized nothing, and by the time he realized the damage, the boat had become a permanent fixture. No title in the drawer. No paperwork at all, just a boat on a trailer that'd seen better days. The trailer was solid enough to tow, but the driveway was tight and the boat sat between a fence line and the house. We came in with a heavy-duty wrecker and worked the rig out at an angle, taking most of a morning to clear the property without clipping the structure. Once it was on the truck and headed south toward Long Beach, we handled the title situation per California rules and routed the hull to the processor. The Reinell's fiberglass was stripped and recycled. The trailer went back into service. Crews cover all of Los Angeles County: Los Angeles, Long Beach, Santa Clarita, Glendale, Lancaster, Palmdale. We handle same-week pickups across Pomona, and Pomona sits right in our regular rotation. A lot of boats move in and out of storage facilities around here when the season shifts, and we've towed plenty of them out before the next owner comes looking or the facility charges another month's fee. One call gets it on the schedule.
