Hauling a aft cabin cruiser out of a Reno storage lot

A 28 ft Carver 28 aft cabin cruiser had been sitting on wooden stands in a Reno yard for years. The windows had leaked so badly that the interior was soft, and the fiberglass hull showed the wear of a boat that'd been left exposed to sun and frost cycles. The trailer underneath was long gone, replaced by concrete blocks and rotting wood that held the weight. Getting it out meant building a proper cradle and winch setup, then extracting it from between a storage shed and a fence line tight enough that we had to work the hull out sideways. The crew spent most of a morning rigging and pulling, then loaded it onto the flatbed for transport to the processor in Sparks. No title in the drawer, handled per Nevada's rules. The hull went to be cut and recycled. Crews cover all of Washoe County: Sparks, Sun Valley, Spanish Springs, Cold Springs, Incline Village, Lemmon Valley. We schedule same-week pickups for most boats in Reno. A lot of owners move rigs in and out of storage here seasonally, so we're used to working around that timeline. Call with your address and boat size, and we'll tell you what day we can get there.
