This 24 ft Bayliner 2455 Ciera had been parked on a rusted tandem axle trailer long enough for a green algae line to creep across the waterline and the gelcoat to go chalky all over. Whoever owned it last had stopped registering it, stopped washing it, and eventually just stopped coming around. The trailer tires were flat on one side, and the frame had settled crooked into the dirt, which meant we couldn't just hook up and roll.
