24 ft Bayliner Removal in San Buenaventura (Ventura), CA

This 24 ft Bayliner 2455 Ciera had been parked on a rusted tandem axle trailer long enough for a green algae line to creep across the waterline and the gelcoat to go chalky all over. Whoever owned it last had stopped registering it, stopped washing it, and eventually just stopped coming around. The trailer tires were flat on one side, and the frame had settled crooked into the dirt, which meant we couldn't just hook up and roll. We had to jack the axle, swap in a set of skates under the low corner, and walk it out slow before we could get a tow vehicle on it. Access off the property line was tight, so we routed the load out toward Oxnard to reach the main road without clipping a fence. Whole thing took most of a morning, mostly because of that trailer, not the boat itself. No title in the drawer, handled per the California page rules. Once it was off the property, the cabin cruiser went straight to the processor for the hull to be cut down and the fiberglass separated out for scrap. Crews cover all of Ventura County: Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Camarillo, Moorpark, Santa Paula. I've had guys pull a 24 ft Bayliner out of a Ventura driveway on a Monday and have it gone by Thursday, same week the call came in. A lot of our runs here follow the seasonal shuffle, boats coming out of storage yards or heading back in, and that's usually when owners finally decide the old Bayliner isn't making the trip again.
